K9 Gretel and Janel went out and tracked and identified the hot spots where Sugar had been. An action plan was put into place.  Three days later, Sugar was found at a feeding station, with the retractable leash still attached, and caught on a bush!  Meaghan and Sugar were reunited and are now home safe and sound.
